Natalie Yosef, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Co-Founder
Natalie graduated with her doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and previously received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Maryland. She enjoys working with children and loves collaborating with families to support their child’s development. Natalie has many years of experience working with children with Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and various genetic disorders.
Natalie completed her doctoral capstone project at UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in the Child Development Unit which focused on pediatric medical resident and caregiver education for children with sensory processing disorders. Natalie also created a clinical practice guideline titled “Strategies to Improve Feeding During Mealtime for Children with Sensory Difficulties.”
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Joselyn Meadows, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist, Co-Founder
Joselyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Northwestern University. She began her career working as a school-based speech therapist before transitioning to full-time early intervention, where she discovered her passion for supporting young children and their families in reaching important communication milestones. Joselyn enjoys working with children on expressive language and social skills.

In addition to her clinical experience, Joselyn has pursued advanced coursework in feeding therapy, broadening her expertise in addressing a range of pediatric needs. She is dedicated to providing individualized, family-centered care and takes pride in partnering with caregivers to empower children to achieve their fullest potential.

In addition to speech therapy, Joselyn is an avid crafter, loves spending time with her son, and enjoys traveling with her family.
